It worked great with Windows XP, but not with Vista (unfortunately they are out of business, so no more support for it).
The main thing, is to ensure that the interface itself will work with a.) Your operating system and b.) the transmitter itself. Well, my past experiences with running X-Plane and an RC USB interface have been good.
